Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist (English & Hebrew)

We are looking for a part-time team member with fluent English and Hebrew who is organized, compassionate, and comfortable dealing with government offices, corporate service centers, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Make calls to government and corporate offices on behalf of clients
• Schedule appointments, submit inquiries, and help advocate for clients’ rights
• Fill out online and paper forms accurately
• Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with a wide range of clients
• Mostly remote work, with occasional in-person visits to offices when needed (a plus but not required)
Requirements
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to learn and grow - as the field changes​
• Familiarity with Israeli government systems and bureaucracy is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to invoice as a freelancer (Osek Patur)
